Summer 2025

"There's a War" is a the first album released by The Holler Hounds in 2025. This album focuses on the ever growing political divide in the United States, the hypocrisy of the Alt-Right Christian Nationalist movement, and the corruption engulfing American Politics as a whole . The album leans heavily into the Dark and Haunting folk stylings, and marks The Holler Hounds first project as a completely Dark Country/ Southern Gothic band. 

"Witch on the Hill" is a riveting tale performed in an Alternate Folk style, with a twist! After a man hears rumors of a witch living on Mollohan Hill that makes magical moonshine, he decides to sneak onto her land and steal a few jars for himself. He remembers his father's warnings as he makes his journey there, about the witches deadly stare, her wicked shrieks, and her proclivity for tearing men limb from limb. When our protagonist reaches the top, he finds a very different truth to the tale. Check out Spotify to hear it all!
